Modelist Inc. ("Modelist") is an investment adviser registered with the Minnesota Department of Commerce, Financial Institutions and Securities Division, and in the other states in which it is registered or notice filed. Registration as an investment adviser does not imply any level of skill or training, and does not mean that any state administrator has passed upon the merits or qualifications of, or recommended or given approval to, Modelist or its services.

Modelist transacts business only in states in which it is registered or is excluded or exempted from registration. Modelist provides non-discretionary model portfolios and research to institutional subscribers. It does not exercise investment discretion, does not maintain custody of client or end-client assets, and does not provide individualized investment advice to the clients of the advisers who subscribe to its services. Content on this site is general in nature, is not investment, legal, or tax advice, and is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. All investing involves risk, including loss of principal, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Modelist's Form ADV Part 1 and current Form ADV Part 2A brochure are available at adviserinfo.sec.gov (CRD No. 327365) and free of charge upon request at hello@modelist.me or 612-887-9897.
